Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2025-2026 Season

Refunds are very rarely given. Extreme circumstances must be explained, and refunds are at the board's discretion. Players 12U and under are committed to the program once they take the ice at evaluations. 14U and up are committed once they accept the offer provided by The Delmarva Raptors. Anyone who signs up after evaluations are complete is committed to The Delmarva Raptors for the 25-26 season.
